Agusto Riccardo Pigozzi was born in Saronno on January 31, 1954. In life he was an entrepreneur, but with a passion for art and sport. He gives his paintings to friends and acquaintances who have always appreciated the way he manages to express his emotions. In 2019 he moved to the Ligurian Riviera living in Albenga and in his free time he accentuates his growth in painting and improving himself. Pigozzi celebrates the natural passage with the materiality of the brush strokes and a delicate dynamism. His is a figurative painting that in some cases seems to push itself to almost abstract compositions. The compositions fully express his artistic/naturalistic vision that reach a dimension of thickness. The elements, thanks to the wise use of color, take on a unique texture. The language is centered on the subjective transcription of the interpretation of the objective data. This is how scenarios of courtly visions are born, perhaps enigmatic metaphors, externalizations of the artist's inner visions.
