Silvana Martini, through painting, manages to talk about herself and give voice to her feelings. Abstraction is her favorite visual language, shapes and signs are the key that can open the treasure chest that contains her ideas and, finally, tell them to the world. Born in Camerino, Silvana Martini has been attracted and fascinated by the power of art since childhood and therefore approaches its study and exploration at a very young age. At the beginning of her pictorial production, human figures, especially female ones, are the protagonists of her works. Gradually, as time passes and as her studies continue, the artist is attracted by new styles and techniques and begins to expand her repertoire with abstract works. Silvana Martini does not fear change, but considers it a source of inspiration: she therefore reveals herself as a painter with an eclectic personality, capable of renewing and rediscovering herself, driven with curiosity by an interest in tireless research. Colors have always had a special fascination for me, emotions that are difficult to describe. I was 14 when I started using oil paints without any guidance. Since then, the need to paint has always been strong in me, art is part of my life, it stimulates me continuously. I am a careful observer of the world around me, of the environment in which I live every day, and there are countless stimuli and situations that inspire me, I don't need to think too much to paint what I want to do, but follows the color and emotions take shape. I have a direct and almost physical relationship with color. Painting is part of my life, I couldn't do without it, the past and the experiences I've had have influenced my style.
