ROSELLA GIORGETTI
Rosella Giorgetti, spent her childhood in Torre San Patrizio (FM) lived for many years in Pomezia (RM) and currently lives and works in Monte Compatri (RM), a charming town in the Castelli Romani. Her innate interest in color and the idealization of forms manifests itself from a young age, leading her to undertake an artistic path destined to reach extraordinary heights. In 1989, eager to acquire a thorough mastery of oil painting, she decided to rely on the teachings of Maestro Mauro D'Ottavi. In 1990 her commitment and dedication were rewarded with the prestigious "La Conchiglia" award. Between 1990 and 2020, Rosella Giorgetti continued to explore and perfect her artistic technique. During this period, she dedicated her efforts to the creation of frescoes and mosaics, taking part in courses held by renowned Masters. Her experimentation with new techniques, such as the use of oil and spatula, helped shape her unique and distinctive style. During these years, Rosella had the privilege of exhibiting her works in numerous group exhibitions, consolidating her presence in the art world. Her commitment and contribution to the artistic panorama during this period are indisputable, as evidenced by her continuous participation in group exhibitions. In 2020, Rosella Giorgetti experienced a transformation in her artistic path thanks to the revolutionary discovery of the use of acrylic. This event marked a true rebirth in her career, as if a new chapter had come to life in her artistic journey. Fascinated by this innovative technique, she began a path of renewal, representing a crucial turning point in her creative evolution. Acrylic has become the medium through which Rosella has renewed and redefined her artistic repertoire. Her ability to think "beyond the brushstroke" has intensified, leading to an even deeper and bolder artistic expression. The discovery of this new creative dimension has inspired the painter to explore uncharted territories and to transform her artistic vision into something authentically unique. During her artistic journey, Rosella Giorgetti, with the propulsive force of acrylic, has been reborn and has resumed her artistic journey with a new vitality, confirming her commitment to art and the constant evolution of her creative expression. With her works she has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Italy and abroad. Numerous works are present in private and public collections.
