Rome, May 2025 - At the Sacripante Art Gallery from May 22 to June 10 it will be possible to visit Mundos Paralelos, the first solo exhibition in Rome by Mexican artist Olga Zuno.

Mundos Paralelos is presented by T-Affordable, in collaboration with Sacripante Gallery and is organized by Techne Art Service. Olga Zuno began her training in Mexico where she specialized in visual arts and then deepened her artistic practice.
Mundos Paralelos (Parallel Worlds) aims to take the visitor on an introspective journey through the intricate landscapes of the mind and soul. The result of a reflection born in 2024 and matured over time, this body of work investigates the essence of identity, memory and human existence. Each work is configured as a portal to a liminal space where the boundary between reality and mirage dissolves, evoking the tension between visible and invisible, presence and absence. Zuno explores the idea of parallel worlds as dimensions of transformation, where one is everything and nothing, places where the individual confronts his or her inner ghosts, confusion and hidden truths. The works stage a delicate dance between light and shadow, revealing the fragility of identity and the constant negotiation between what we are and what we show. Depersonalization, the feeling of suspension and the search for authenticity are at the center of this investigation, which celebrates chaos as a creative and regenerating force. Through an evocative painting made of light, matter and archetypal symbols, Mundos Paralelos invites the viewer to question what really matters, abandoning masks and embracing the complexity of being. In a time that accelerates relentlessly, the exhibition reminds us of the urgency of rediscovering the deepest meaning of our actions and recognizing the ephemeral beauty of becoming.
The inauguration of Mundos Paralelos will be held on Thursday 22 May at 18:30 at the Sacripante Gallery at number 59 of via Panisperna in Rome.

Olga Zuno (Guadalajara, 1991) began her career in 2013, with works that explore geometry and the sensuality and intensity of color, inspired by memorable characters. Zuno's work is a tribute to a Mexico that unfolds its charm through the magical everyday life of a timeless narrative, which shapes the artist's vision of the world. Her works are a search for the origin, a melancholic story of a colorful imaginary, a painting with sound and kinetic intentions, a journey into a fascinating universe that invites you to delve deeper. She lives and works in Turin.
